Unclaimed Freight Co (14,400 square feet)
10615 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA

This store opened in November 1990.

Space 10615 (10,080 square feet) was originally a Be-Lo, which opened on February 26th, 1962 and closed in late 1972. It became Pets, Fish n' Stuff in 1973 and Heritage House Furniture in 1975, which closed in the mid-1980s.

Space 10617 was originally F.S. Stamp Store (a division of Be-Lo), which opened in 1963. It became Clyde Green Auto Parts in the mid-1960s and Amory Auto Parts in 1986.

Space 10619 was originally Green Oaks Laundromat, which opened in February 1963 and closed in the early 1980s. It became Boyd's Products in August 1987, Ye Olde Antique Shop in 1988 and Rattan Gallery in 1990.

The last two business to operate in spaces 10617 and 10619 both appear to have closed in 1991, shortly after UFC opened next door in the old Be-Lo. I'm guessing the store ran out those two businesses so that they could expand their salesfloor.

All three tenants originally made up what was known as Green Oaks Shopping Center.
